WHAT WE DO

We will help you form a law firm from scratch including an Alternative Business Structure (‘ABS’).  An ABS allows 100% ownership of a law firm by a non-lawyer or commercial entity.  Claims management activities can be carried on by a CMC under the jurisdiction of the FCA, or by a law firm pursuing complaints such as the likely new Complaints Scheme for Motor Finance agreements.  A law firm can also undertake the challenges via the courts, something that is not available to a CMC.  We provide a comprehensive service including advice on how to structure the law firm, assistance with obtaining reasonable cost for professional indemnity cover, business plan and financial forecasts.

LEAD GENERATION SERVICES

We have an in-house team of award-winning marketing experts able to provide huge volumes of high-quality leads to our clients. These leads can be delivered in real time with e-signatures for; LOAs, FOAs, CFAs or DBAs.We also have our own UK based call centre and can for those clients that require it provide an additional service where each lead generated is also spoken to; in order to clarify interest, confirm each of the potential heads of claim available and then get the relevant documentation e-signed. This approach has resulted in a much greater conversion rate for our clients and with a much reduced drop-off rate post enquiry. 

It is accepted that circa 64 million PPI policies were sold between 1990 and 2010, and that by the End Date for Complaints less than half of all policyholders had been remediated. It is also statistically probable that >40% of un-remediated policies fall within S.140 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974, aka within scope of Plevin.

    1. DSAR ADMINISTRATION

    Obtaining a fully completed Data Subject Access Request (DSAR) is critical to identifying, qualifying and valuing a potential claim. It is imperative that the correct information is requested and that this process is managed in a timely manner. We can ensure that this process is expedited and that lenders are held to account to provide the required documents in accordance with the law.

    ADDITIONAL PROFIT CENTRE​

    Despite our best endeavours to obtain DSARs some lenders (often deliberately) will not comply. We have devised a strategy for data breach enforcement which will generate an additional profit centre for our clients

    2. DSAR ANALYSIS

    Obtaining the DSAR, despite being challenging is only the first step in the process. This information can often be hundreds of pages long (often not in order) and extreme care needs to be taken to extract ALL the relevant information to produce a valuation report that if relied upon at court will sand-up to any scrutiny. We can provide DSAR analysis services at competitive rates with extremely quick turnaround times.

    3. VALUATION / QUANTUM OF CLAIM

    Claim Quantum is a critical element of the process as forms the basis for consumers to receive redress and law firms to recover their costs. Our valuations will withstand any Court scrutiny as Rodney’s private practice experience shows an established track record in valuing a variety of financial irregularity claims; such valuations have withstood challenges at court, where quantum alone is the sole issue.  Our valuation services are provided at competitive rates with fast turnaround times, assisted by a copyright protected algorithm.

    4. LEGAL TRAINING + SUPPORT
