Rodney Gardner
Rodney Gardner is the single most eminent consumer credit expert, having single-handedly established the legal training on Plevin PPI ratio before the Supreme Court. Rodney, supported by his team of qualified lawyers, provides consumers with the opportunity to prosecute consumer claims successfully through the courts.
Rodney represented Mrs Plevin (Plevin v Paragon) before the Supreme Court, this was the case that lead to UK consumer lenders pay out an extra £1-2 billion by the End Date for complaints (August 2019).
As an accredited trainer in consumer credit law he also teaches other Law companies. He was voted PPI Lawyer of the Year 2017 (Wealth and Finance Magazine) and Banking Lawyer of the Year UK 2018 (Finance Monthly). He has published several articles on PPI and financial mis-selling in the Lawyer, New Law Journal and Solicitors Journal publications.
